What we collect
When you browse or buy, we may collect your name, email, shipping address, phone, order details, and payment confirmation from our checkout provider. We do not store full card numbers on this site. Shopify processes the payment.
If you write us, we keep the email so we can answer you.
If you subscribe to a product (currently Vitamin D3), the subscription app we use (Appstle) keeps what it needs to charge and ship renewals.
How we use it
- To fill and ship your order
- To send order, shipping, and subscription emails
- To answer support
- To apply a discount such as VITA25
- To keep the cart, checkout, and store working
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not use it to diagnose or treat anything. VitaSeed sells dietary supplements, not medical care.
Who else sees it
These processors see what they need to run the store — not a list we sell:
- Shopify — store, checkout, and Shopify’s own analytics/marketing pixels
- Payment — Shopify Payments / the processor at checkout (we never see full card numbers)
- Fulfillment / carriers — name, address, phone to ship the box
- Subscription app (Appstle) — if you subscribe
- Judge.me — only if you choose to leave a review (widgets are hidden while there are no reviews)
- Email — to send order and support mail
We do not currently run Facebook, Google Ads, or TikTok advertising pixels on this store. Shopify’s platform pixels may still include a marketing purpose. That is not the same as us selling your name to other companies.
Cookies
The store uses cookies for the cart, checkout, and to keep the site working. Shopify may also set cookies for analytics. You can block cookies in your browser. Checkout may not work without them. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request not to sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, to the extent the law in your state requires that.
California and other US state privacy rights
If you live in California or another state with a privacy law, you may ask:
- What personal information we have
- That we delete it (we may keep what tax and order law requires)
- That we not sell or share it for targeted advertising (we do not sell it for money)

How long
We keep order records as long as the law and taxes require. You can ask us to delete an account email when it is no longer needed for an order.
