We want you to be able to order a supplement without feeling trapped. These are dietary supplements, not medicines.
Unopened bottles — 30 days
You may return an unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
- Seal intact, unused, in the original container.
- Email us first with your order number. We reply with a return address.
- You pay return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
- We refund the product to the original payment method after we check the return.
Opened or used — not returnable
For hygiene and safety, opened or used supplements cannot be returned or restocked.
Damaged, empty, or wrong item
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a short description. We replace the item, or refund the product (and shipping if the error was ours).
Delivery problems
If tracking says delivered but you do not have it, or never shows delivered, write us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will help with a carrier claim. We reply to return requests within 2 business days and send an RMA and return address before you ship anything. If a package is marked delivered and you do not have it, write us within 30 days with your order number and photos of the place of delivery if you have them. We open a carrier claim and tell you the outcome. Replacement is not automatic if the carrier shows delivered.
Canceling an order
If the order has not shipped, email us and we will cancel it when we still can.
What we cannot refund
- Opened or used products (hygiene), except damaged/wrong item on arrival
- Wrong or incomplete address you entered
- Unclaimed packages returned to the warehouse (reshipping is not free)
- Orders outside the 48 contiguous United States
Subscriptions
Vitamin D3, Magnesium, and Creatine can be monthly subscriptions. Skip or cancel before the next renewal.
