What you can subscribe to

Right now, Vitamin D3 2,000 IU is the product offered on a monthly subscription (“Subscribe and Save”). Other products are one-time purchases unless we say otherwise on the product page.

How it works

• You choose Subscribe at checkout on the D3 product page.
• You save 10% off the one-time price on each subscription shipment.
• Shipments are monthly until you skip or cancel.
• We charge the card on file and ship to the address on the subscription.

Cancel or skip anytime before renewal

You can skip or cancel any time before the next renewal charge. Do it in your subscription portal (link in the subscription email) or email us. If you cancel before the upcoming charge, you will not be billed for that shipment.

Once a renewal has been charged and packed, that shipment follows the Returns policy (unopened bottle within 30 days; opened not returnable for hygiene).

Pause / skip

Skip a month if you still have product. Skipping does not cancel the subscription; the following cycle ships unless you skip or cancel again.

Price and stock

If the one-time price changes, the 10% subscription price follows the current one-time price. If we cannot fulfill a renewal (out of stock), we will not charge you for that cycle and we will email you.

Failed payment

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry. If it still fails, the subscription may be paused. Email us if you want it restarted.
